1. Services Offered

  • Boost Social specializes in social media management and content creation. We specialize in helping businesses grow by elevating their online presence and engagement across various social media platforms.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with or without notice.

  • All services are subject to availability and approval.

2. Account Access

 

  • Clients must provide access to the required social media platforms to allow us to manage their accounts efficiently.

  • Failure to provide necessary access may delay or impact the delivery of our services.


3. Pricing and Payment

 

  • All prices are listed in the selected currency at checkout and are subject to change with prior notice.

  • Payment for packages is required upfront unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Any additional services outside of the agreed package will incur extra charges.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Clients can cancel their subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days in advance.

  • Refunds will not be issued for services already delivered or in progress. In case of cancellation, the client will be responsible for any services rendered up until the cancellation date

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information during the onboarding process.

  • Clients are required to upload branding assets, such as logos, videos, and photos, as requested.

  • Boost Social is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

6. Content Ownership

 

  • Clients retain ownership of all content created by Boost Social once full payment is received.

  • Boost Social reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

7. Confidentiality

  • All client information and materials will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering services.

8. Limitation of Liability

 

  • Boost Social is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services, including delays caused by third-party platforms. While we strive to provide high-quality services, Boost Social cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as increased followers or engagement. The client acknowledges that social media growth is a gradual process and results may vary.


9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services to any client in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions or if the client fails to meet payment obligations. Termination will not affect the client’s obligation to pay for services rendered up until the termination date.


10. Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of either the United Kingdom or the United Arab Emirates, at the discretion of Boost Social.

 

11. Modifications to Terms

  • Boost Social reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page and the effective date will be updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
